HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

"HR2001 Human Resources Management System" is a comprehensive web/cloud solution designed for optimizing HR operation and reducing HR paperwork and documents. The HRMS covers personnel, payroll, leave, time attendance, shift & roster, appraisal modules and an employee self-service portal. The system supports multi-companies, multi-currencies, multi-languages, multi-users and local rules and regulations in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.

 

PERSONNEL

Maintain and keep track of employees' personal profiles, join date, promotions, transfers, termination, education, working experiences, types of salary, P-fund scheme, personal tax, leave entitlement, etc, HR staffs can view those information all at once.

PAYROLL

This module automates the monthly payroll process including Payroll calculations on basic salaries, wages, both regular and ad-hoc allowances/ deductions, bank auto-pay, payslip, P-fund, personal tax, export data to Excel or third-party accounting system.

LEAVE

Manage leave types, leave entitlements, leave balance, leave forfeit, leave compensation and system generate all types of leave reports.

ATTENDANCE

Smart card or biometric reader can be used to keep track employees' daily clock-in and clock-out time at different working locations to generate attendance reports showing overtime, late arrival and early leave details.

SHIFT & ROSTER

Admin-users can set up shift types, supervisors can upload weekly or monthly roster tables from Excel spreadsheets.

APPRAISAL

Allow admin users to create and setup multiple evaluation schemes for different departments. Evaluation questions can be imported from Excel file to generate e-forms. KPIs and marking scheme/points can be imported for auto-calculations.

EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE

Provide web-portal (PC / mobile phone) for employees to apply leave, claim overtime payment, update personnel details such as contact information and marital status, download employee handbooks, fill in application and self-evaluation forms, etc.

REPORTING

Both standard reports and custom-built reports are provided for any of the software modules, can be viewed online or exported into Excel file.

PERMISSION

Admin users can manage user group, user ID and passwords, user permissions for different modules.

E-WORKFORCE

Allows admin users to create various job application e-forms and allows applicants to fill in personal info on iPads/tablets. Admin users can setup interviews, record comments, review and make employment decisions, print employment contracts, transfer data from recruitment database to personal database after on-boarding.

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365

Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. We also provide system integration service to any 3rd party G/L accounting system.

WEB / CLOUD

The system supports web or cloud server platform or dedicated server.
